HAYMAN Michael (Sam) Pat, Benjamin, Alison and Rebecca and family would like to thank everyone who attended Michael's funeral and for the many messages of sympathy and donations for St Margaret's Hospice. Many thanks go to St Margaret's Hospice, Luson Surgery and everyone from the NHS who helped Michael over the years. Thanks also to Nick, Louise and staff at H Tredwin & Son Funeral Directors for all their help, kindness and support. We would also like to thank Greg Dyke for his moving tribute and Ali Robbins for conducting a memorable service. Please accept this as an acknowledgement of thanks.
