Paintings by two established 19th and 20th century artists, including one of Glastonbury Abbey, will be sold in aid of three charities.
The pieces will be auctioned on May 11 at Glastonbury Town Hall.
Proceeds will go towards PromiseWorks, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, and the Michael Varah Memorial Fund.
Most works come from the private collection of Joan Wills, mother of Gail Cornish who arranged the event alongside husband Raymond.
Gail Cornish said: "This is an important auction of beautiful art raising money for three exceptionally worthy causes.
"May 11 should be a definite date in the diary for art lovers."
Sally Varah, chair of the Michael Varah Memorial Fund, said: "It is a privilege to be associated with this auction of paintings by the late Joan Wills."
Special interest lies in a painting of the Abbey by a former prisoner, which carries a reserve price of £100.
Other lots include watercolours of the Burmese landscape by Maung Saya Saung and portraits of dogs, still life, and other art by Joan Wills.
Auctioneer Rachael Boothroyd-Walker said: "There are some lovely pieces up for sale and with a range of estimates to suit everyone’s budget.
"We have high hopes for the sale and hopefully we will make lots of money for the charities."
